★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy dos estrellas porque es fundamental mantener aseadas todas sus instalaciones independientemente si se usan por los clientes o no. El jacuzzi de mi habitación se encontraba sucio, con polvo, pude recogerlo con los dedos, y había mugre en una parte del jacuzzi, y no pude usarlo porque no me inspiró confianza. Cabe decir que cuando entramos a la habitación nos dijeron que había sido limpiada recientemente, algo que no me cuadró y dio a entender que no limpian el jacuzzi con frecuencia, y hasta ahora da desconfianza de volver, es una pena para tan bonito lugar, chequen eso, por favor.
 I give it two stars because it is essential to keep all its facilities clean regardless of whether they are used by customers or not. The jacuzzi in my room was dirty, dusty, I could pick it up with my fingers, and there was dirt in one part of the jacuzzi, and I couldn't use it because it didn't inspire confidence. It should be said that when we entered the room we were told that it had been recently cleaned, something that did not add up to me and implied that the jacuzzi is not cleaned frequently, and until now it is suspicious to return, it is a shame for such a beautiful place, check that please
