★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, NUNCA VENGAN, Ana es una grosera e ineficiente, contrate el servicio de una persona extra y no me quería ni dar una almohada, luego le quise pagar la diferencia para una recámara aparte mas y ya no quiso aceptarlo, que le tenía que pagar toda la habitación, luego se puso pesada e intransigente. Ojalá que el gerente / dueño del hotel esté leyendo esto para que evalúe qué tanto mal le hace a su hotel teniendo aquí trabajando a gente así: fue una noche del terror.
Very bad service, NEVER COME, Ana is rude and inefficient, I hired the service of an extra person and she didn't even want to give me a pillow, then I wanted to pay her the difference for a separate room more and she didn't want to accept it anymore, I had her to pay for the whole room, then got heavy and uncompromising. Hopefully the hotel manager / owner is reading this to assess how bad it is to his hotel having people like this working here: it was a night of terror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está muy bien lo que deja mucho que desear es el servicio personal de los que atienden ahí no te acompañan hasta tu habitación ni siquiera te dan la ubicación de la misma sino que solamente te dicen que número y qué piso es los climas que están en las habitaciones están muy pegados yo tuve un accidente ahí y me golpeó la cabeza
The hotel is very good, what leaves much to be desired is the personal service of those who attend there, they do not accompany you to your room, they do not even give you the location of it, but only tell you what number and what floor it is, the climates that are in the rooms they are very close together I had an accident there and hit my head
