Y lamentablemente me robaron el auxiliar del celular; el cual estaba en la guantera del auto (supuestamente tienen prohibido abrirla), al percatarme a unas cuadras de que no estaba, regresé a reclamar; el empleado muy altanero me dijo que fuera y hablara con su jefe, así lo hice y éste únicamente me mostró un video (el cual es muy poco visible, y no se logra ver qué hacen dentro de los autos) y me dijo que lo sentía mucho pero que ellos no fueron, que no contratan a cualquier persona, cuando a simple vista se observa que sus empleados no están capacitados. La actitud cuenta mucho, probablemente hubiera sido mejor haberme dicho que hablaría con su personal. Que mala experiencia me llevé de Toluca.
Terrible service. Irresponsible employees. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda mejor que ir a algún otro autolavado si vas a esperar, ya que tienen cafetería y WiFi, respecto al lavado he ido un par de veces y he tenido experiencias mixtas la primera vez fue muy rápido y la camioneta quedó bien, la segunda vez fue muy tardado y hubo detalles en el lavado que la primera vez no hubo, les faltó "almorol" y la fragancia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno, aunque poco tardado (50min aprox) pero puedes esperar en la cafetería donde te ofrecen un café de cortesía, cuenta con enchufes e internet gratuito para que puedas trabajar un rato mientras esperas. Hay sanitarios, además cuenta con un futbolito de mesa y una pantalla que muestra cómo van lavando tu vehículo a través de las cámaras. Es el único lugar al que a mi novio le gusta que laven su auto.
The service is very good, although not very long (50min approx) but you can wait in the cafeteria where they offer you a courtesy coffee, it has plugs and free internet so you can work for a while while you wait. There are toilets, it also has a table football and a screen that shows how your vehicle is being washed through the cameras. It's the only place my boyfriend likes to have his car washed.
