★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando quieras perder tu tiempo con cuentos chafas de rendimiento de los camiones , que no te paguen tu sueldo completo a base de cuentas chinas que te realizan en las bases, puedes acudir a solicitar trabajo y te darás cuenta que de lo que te prometen ,ellos mismos se encargan de no cumplirlo....pero cómo siempre para ellos el operador siempre es el ineficiente, el ladrón,el flojo, y la verdad es muy desgastante estar esperando como niño chiquito hasta que los señores se dignen en ponerte a laborar nuevamente porque su Unidad no dio el rendimiento , (a pesar de que ellos modifiquen los parámetros de la computadora de la unidad) y por más que quieras nunca va a dar el rendimiento que los señores exigen, así que , si les parece mucho lo que ofrecen como "premio" por kilometraje no prometan algo que ya no quieren dar y dejen trabajar a quien lleva la legítima intención de llevar un dinero a casa de manera honesta, y no los hostiguen con sus artimañas del rendimiento, o cuando ya no tienen excusa buscan cualquier pretexto para despedir a los operadores......a lo cual pregunto....- como para que contratan operadores por un lapso de tiempo si van a buscar cualquier pretexto para despedirlos , con que finalidad los contratan??.........y de las pertenencias personales mejor ni hablamos porque casualmente dejas algo por error en la unidad a tu cargo y cuando regresas mágicamente ya no está y de manera muy mañosa pues que crees????.....como dieron a trabajar "tu" unidad pues nadie vio, nadie sabe , y nadie se hace responsable de nada y la culpa la tienes tu por dejar de manera irresponsable tus pertenencias a veces por no poder transportarlas porque aunque sean grandes esas pertenencias de todos modos te las roban , en fin algo de la magia que sucede en autolineas regiomontanas!!!!....
When you want to waste your time with shabby tales of truck performance, that they do not pay you your full salary based on Chinese accounts that they make you in the bases, you can go to apply for a job and you will realize that what they promise you, they They are responsible for not complying with it ... but how always for them the operator is always the inefficient, the thief, the lazy, and the truth is very exhausting to be waiting like a small child until the gentlemen deign to put you to work again Because their Unit did not give the performance, (despite the fact that they modify the parameters of the unit's computer) and no matter how much you want, it will never give the performance that the gentlemen demand, so, if it seems a lot to them what they offer as a mileage "reward" do not promise something that you no longer want to give and let someone who has the legitimate intention of honestly taking money home work, and do not harass them with your performance tricks, or when you no longer They have an excuse they are looking for any pretext to fire the operators ...... to which I ask ...- how do they hire operators for a period of time if they are going to look for any pretext to fire them, for what purpose do they hire them? ? ......... and we don't even talk about personal belongings because by chance you leave something in the unit in your charge by mistake and when you magically return it is gone and in a very crafty way, what do you think ????. .... how they gave "your" unit to work because no one saw, no one knows, and no one is responsible for anything and you are to blame for irresponsibly leaving your belongings sometimes for not being able to transport them because even though those are large belongings anyway they steal them, in short, some of the magic that happens in Monterrey autolineas !!!! ....
