I told the manager that I no longer wanted him but he told me that he could not give me a refund because I was not really failing, I do not understand why I was going around so many times. The day of the installation when they delivered the car to me, I noticed that it did not turn on the light well and it was blinking and they say to me "Ah it is that the daylight will not work", if I do not notice it and I do not tell them at the moment they omit this very small detail, I let the manager know the day I asked for the return but obviously he said he warned me before doing the installation, I do not understand why the need to lie and try to deliver something with deception, he never told me and he assured me otherwise. Finally, the fault was corrected because I decided to remove the kit that was installed on my own since I was not going to have a solution with them, the car had 3 weeks in a row failing and I could not pass it around this place. The light worked perfectly at night, at least for a couple of days until it went out and I had to go again, but they assured me that it was always a correct operation that had the light. My qualification is definitely due to the lack of clarity in the product that they are going to install, they are supposed to be experts and they must warn you how they are going to "work" what they are installing.

Very bad job, I took to install 2 pairs of speakers to my car and only one was installed correctly, the two in the back were very loose and vibrated a lot, and one in the front had a connector that was loose.
