★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habiamos reservado un auto con 3 dias de anticipacion. Victor nos aseguro que estaba bien, claramente le dijimos que tenia que ser automatico por que ninguno de nosotros manejaba manual. Nos dijo que todo estaba bien y pagamos. 1 dia antes del dia de nuestra renta nos llama para decirnos que el carro sera manual y si no podiamos ir por nuestro dinero. Mal servicio, y anticuado. No se puede pagar con tarjeta. No se recomienda.
We had reserved a car 3 days in advance. Victor assured us that it was fine, we clearly told him that it had to be automatic because none of us operated manual. He told us that everything was fine and we paid. 1 day before the day of our rent he calls us to tell us that the car will be manual and if we could not go for our money. Bad service, and outdated. You cannot pay by card. It is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner managed to get a great deal with fantastic customer care from Victor. I would suggest to haggle the prices as I always do. I went to many different rental companies in the area and as you would expect some where your typical sales guys that make you want to run away. But not Victor he was easy going, spoke great English and throughout the experience he was always happy to help. I was texting him for help with places to visit and he suggested many places. He went above and beyond. The car we hired was a bit worn but we did ask for the cheapest car possible. If you want a friendly good deal for a few days or a few weeks I highly recommend Auto Rent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a car rented for pick up on October 29th paid in full. I specifically told them I needed an automatic vehicle as I didn’t know how to drive standard.
Just a day before my pick up date at noon they called me saying that they only had a standard vehicle and that’s all they could do.
They didn’t give me any other option. It was a take it or leave kind of thing.
I wouldn’t rent with them as that is very unprofessional and clearly a sign of how little organized they are.
