★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me uno a las malas experiencias con este taller, tuve un problema que si bien identificaron con el enfriador de transmisión y se cambió la pieza, al día noté que el auto no calentaba el motor, y que el líquido anticongelante de radiador y depósito siempre estaban llenos de aceite, fui, me le hicieron un lavado y me cambiaron el liquido del radiador, que por cierto me llenaron con agua con fabuloso. El mecánico dijo que eso lo hacía porque tenía que lavar y “desengrasar” el radiador, lo lleve a la semana confiando en lo que me dijo pero yo ya estaba molesto porque el motor seguía sin calentarse adecuadamente y el líquido estaba súper lleno de aceite. El mecánico que era jefe de mecánicos me dijo que no sabía que estaba pasando pero que tenía que bajar el motor y cambiar el empaque de cabeza de motor y rectificar cobrándome un ojo de la cara. Y yo le dije que cómo era posible eso cuando desde que me lo entregaron presentaba esa falla y se las notifiqué, se lavó las manos diciendo que cambió el enfriador pero que ahora era el motor, que había detectado la falla en un principio pero no me lo dijo por ser más importante la otra falla ?
Le dije: entonces me resolviste el problema de mi auto a medias y ni siquiera me dijiste? Y sólo me dijo, si pero es que lo otro era más importante
Me fui, y a todo esto, nunca me limpiaron el radiador, sólo lo lleno de agua con fabuloso, tuvieron que hacerme limpieza del mismo hasta dejarlo libre de residuo, el motor y el empaque estaban bien, no había porque cambiar ni rectificar nada y detectaron que me le quitaron el termostato y por eso el motor no calienta como debe y eso nunca me lo dijeron y ahora tengo que volverlo a poner. Estafadores y trabajos caros mal hechos a medias.

The mechanic said that he did it because he had to wash and "degrease" the radiator, I took it a week trusting what he told me but I was already upset because the engine still did not warm up properly and the liquid was super full of oil. The mechanic who was chief mechanic told me that he did not know what was happening but that he had to lower the engine and change the engine head gasket and rectify it, charging me an arm and a leg. And I told him how was that possible when since it was delivered to me it presented that fault and I notified him, he washed his hands saying that he changed the cooler but now it was the motor, that he had detected the fault at first but he did not tell me. He said it because the other fault was more important ?
I told him: so you solved my car problem halfway and you didn't even tell me? And he only told me, yes, but the other thing was more important
I left, and to all this, they never cleaned my radiator, I only filled it with water with fabulous, they had to clean it until it was free of residue, the engine and the gasket were fine, there was no need to change or rectify anything and they detected that they removed the thermostat and that is why the engine does not heat up as it should and they never told me that and now I have to put it back. Scammers and expensive half-baked jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entro para afinación mayor pero salió con un testigo encendido, la regrese a revisión y quedaron pendientes de llamarme para informarme de la falla, nunca me llamaron, cuando marque no contestaban mis llamadas y si contestaban me dejaban colgada. La atención al cliente es pésima. Pierden toda confianza con sus acciones. Y aún sigo batallando xq no le encuentran la falla.
Terrible service, I went in for major tuning but it came out with a light on, I returned it for review and they were waiting to call me to inform me of the failure, they never called me, when I dialed they did not answer my calls and if they answered they left me hanging. Customer service is lousy. They lose all confidence with their actions. And I'm still struggling because they can't find the fault.

En otros talleres me querían abrir la transmisión y cobrarme un ojo de la cara. 100% recomendado, te solucionan rápido y sobretodo la confianza que te dan es lo más valioso. Estoy muy agradecido, definitivamente mis mecánicos de confianza a partir de este momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi comentarios buenos del lugar , tal vez me toco el 1% que es malo.
No me dieron cotización, solo me dijeron el total una vez que ya habían realizado el servicio. Carro para afinación, llevé el aceite y el filtro de este. No sé que pasó, no quede conforme con el servicio, creo que me tenían que decir antes de autorizar el servicio.
Espero que sea la excepción mi caso.
Cuando leyeron mi mala opinión, me ha llamado el encargado del taller, trata de identificar la posible falla para mejorar ?
Eso habla bien de ellos, espero de verdad que mejoren. Y derivado de su llamada, voy a volver a llevar el carro con ellos. Me interesa mucho que quede al 100% porque confió que lo manejo en buenas condiciones mecánicas.
I saw good comments about the place, maybe I touch the 1% that is bad.
They did not give me a quote, they only told me the total once they had already performed the service. Car for tuning, I took the oil and the filter from it. I don't know what happened, I wasn't satisfied with the service, I think they had to tell me before authorizing the service.
I hope my case is the exception.

That speaks well of them, I really hope they improve. And as a result of their call, I am going to take the car with them again. I am very interested that it remains 100% because I am confident that I drive it in good mechanical condition.
