V	Víctor Hugo Jiménez Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la oportunidad de ingresar mi auto por un golpe en la defensa trasera debido a que me chocaron, tuve la opción de ingresarlo o tener el avalúo del daño en dinero, nunca me quisieron dar a conocer la cantidad entonces lo ingresé pues en realidad no conozco a un buen hojalatero y se tardaron más de una semana para solo pintar la pantera trasera, la cual a 1 año se está fisurando. Pregunté con un empleado en cuanto salia pintar la defensa delantera y me dijo que 2500. Conclusión: muuuuuuuy tardado, caro y de poca calidad. Muy mala experiencia siendo que yo fui el afectado del choque. Pero hay varias personas atendiendo (por lo menos dos mujeres) y creo que la organización es pésima. El cliente debe estar llamando para saber el estado de la reparación, pero no debería ser al revés? Lo peor, entiendo las demoras en la espera de las piezas y la reparación. Pero si ellas dan un día de entrega, así deberían de cumplir y no dos semanas después. Espero no regresar Come to the workshop through the insurer and not by recommendation. Daño a los arneses y ni siquiera los cambian después de ser ellos los responsables de dañarlos. Daño a los componentes de la unidad y así los dejan. Daño a la pintura en general de la unidad. Hasta pelusa de perro tenía la unidad en el interior. Ni siquiera la entregan limpia. Demora en la entrega. No cambian las piezas que tienen que cambiar. En general muy mal servicio!! Bad treatment by the manager of the workshop. Damage to hardware is clear that they do not have the right tool. Tardaron 1 hora en revisarlo, sin embargo nadie me dijo qué encontraron dañado. Todo lo están manejando muy reservado y eso me da CERO confianza. Hubiera querido saber lo que encontraron. Además, les hice saber de un posible daño en alineación por la naturaleza de mi daño, pero no tuvieron la amabilidad de tomarlo en cuenta. Esperaré a lo que reporte la aseguradora para actualizar está opinión, pero por ahora no es lo que espero como atención a clientes. I attended to have a damage checked on my vehicle, prior to its repair. All through Chubb insurer. It took them 1 hour to review it, however no one told me what they found damaged. They are handling everything very quietly and that gives me ZERO confidence. He would have liked to know what they found. Also, I did let them know of possible lineup damage due to the nature of my damage, but they weren't kind enough to take it into account. I will wait for what the insurer reports to update this opinion, but for now it is not what I expect as customer service.
