¡PEOR TALLER DE MÉXICO, llevas un vehículo a revisar, te lo arreglan sin avisarte el precio, te cobran el IVA, el dueño Pedro Martínez te grita a ti como cliente, le grita a los empleados y los culpa de no avisar ES PATETICO! Como contexto el dueño, es una persona autoritaria que le gusta gritarle a las personas, le gusta mandar, ordenar y quiere hacer esto mismo con el cliente, se apropia de las calles y banquetas con vehículos que tiene a la venta haciendo que los alrededores del negocio se vea sucio, desordenado y además NO TIENE DERECHO a hacer uso de infraestructura publica para fines comerciales. Lleve una camioneta y la recibió un empleado, nos llaman para decir que ya esta lista y son $40 USD. Nunca nos llamaron para autorizar la reparación, nunca nos informaron que tenia la camioneta. Llegamos por ella y el dueño una persona sin educación, prepotente, sin habilidades gerenciales ni de liderazgo, dijo que eso se tenia que pagar y si no nos gusta que no volvamos y que además ya jamás nos volvería a recibir. Al darle retroalimentación de una forma educada que primero deben revisar, informar al cliente cotizar y reparar si se tiene autorización dijo que no vamos a estarle diciendo como manejar su negocio. Después de eso, salió del taller y a puros gritos empezó a reclamarle al empleado que por que no nos dijo el precio. Enfrente de todos los empleados le callamos la boca diciéndole: "Tu eres el dueño y todo lo que pasa aquí es tu responsabilidad, no quieras culpar a tus empleados de tus errores, eso solo lo hace un líder mediocre. Finalmente pagamos por transferencia por que se le descompuso la terminal bancaria, nos cobro un 16% de IVA y le tuvimos que pagar por transferencia a una cuenta en BBVA a nombre de Pedro Martínez.
