★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente, no se me pudo brindar el servicio de auto sustituto y pedi la cancelación, ha pasado mas de un mes y hasta hoy día no he recibido mi reembolso ($4000) por mas que hablo el personal solo me dice que no es culpa de ellos.
Poor service, the replacement car service could not be provided and I asked for the cancellation, more than a month has passed and until today I have not received my refund ($ 4000) for more than I speak, the staff only tells me that it is not the fault of they.

Debes estar detrás de ellos, pasan los días y siguen comentando que no tienen coches disponibles.
Terrible service, they do not answer the emails and they do not solve anything.
You must be behind them, the days go by and they keep commenting that they do not have cars available.

La atención al cliente es deficiente, no saben solucionar nada, el tiempo de espera es eterno, te cuelgan y dicen que no pueden ayudarte hasta que el área les diga algo, más de 3 meses esperando una mi devolución de $4,000 y no me la quieren hacer y ni por correo contestan.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! They don't want to do the returns! Customer service is poor, they don't know how to solve anything, the waiting time is eternal, they hang up on you and say they can't help you until the area tells them something, more than 3 months waiting for my $4,000 refund and they don't want it do and they don't even answer by mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, ya van dos veces que me dicen que ya me van a asignar el auto sustituto y a la mera hora me cancelan que porque su proveedor no tiene autos disponibles. Su atención telefónica es fatal, te dejan esperando media hora y de la nada te cuelgan, y tienes que volver a marcar y explicar todo de nuevo. Demasiado tiempo perdido y cero resultados. Jamás volveré a contratar con ellos ni con HDI Seguros que son a través de quiénes contraté la póliza de auto sustituto.
Terrible attention, they have already told me twice that they are going to assign me the substitute car and at the mere hour they cancel me because their provider does not have cars available. Their telephone service is fatal, they leave you waiting half an hour and out of nowhere they hang up on you, and you have to dial again and explain everything again. Too much wasted time and zero results. I will never contract with them again nor with HDI Seguros, who are the ones through whom I contracted the replacement car policy.
