★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la gente del call center da mal la información y es un suplicio poder volver a comunicarte con la primera persona que te atendió.
En la sucursal jamás contestan el telefono.
 Terrible service, the people at the call center give bad information and it is an ordeal to be able to communicate again with the first person who attended you.
The branch never answers the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo pronto a mi me dieron información y me pareció excelente y volví a llamar para checar si llego mi correo sábado 9 de abril del 2022 a las13:25 hrs y no termine de explicar y me colgaron y ya no me contestan que mal que los empleaduchos malagradecidos hechen a perder lo que les da para tragar (supongo la mayoría cuida su trabajo de dónde llevan el sustento para su familia)
For now, they gave me information and I thought it was excellent and I called again to check if my email arrived on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1:25 p.m. and I did not finish explaining and they hung up on me and they no longer answer me, how bad ungrateful employees spoil what gives them to swallow (I suppose most take care of their work where they support their family)

A branch as important as that of SLP, and only attends a window and two employees to deliver. The waiting time is eternal.
