★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre 3 boletos x razones personales quería cancelar uno y me dijeron q se tenia q pagar y yo pues igual entiendo x q me aseguraban q ya me habían apartado mis hacientos y la fecha, el día de mi viaje me hicieron esperar 3 horas sin avisarme nada x q nunca llego el autobus ,llamaba y no me contestaban ya después me posponen el viaje 12 horas después y me dicen q no hiba aver ningún problema, ya después me dicen q voy a ir parados con las personas q hibamos a viajar y aparte me querían a comodar en otra linea de Autobuses al final me dan la fecha para 2 días después, es la peor experiencia q es pasado ojala no le pase a nadie más
 I bought 3 tickets for personal reasons I wanted to cancel one and they told me that I had to pay and I still understand because they assured me that they had already set aside my properties and the date, the day of my trip they made me wait 3 hours without notifying me because The bus never came, I called and they didn't answer me and then they postponed the trip 12 hours later and they told me that there was no problem, and then they told me that I was going to go standing with the people that we were going to travel and apart from that they wanted me to accommodate in another bus line at the end they give me the date for 2 days later, it is the worst experience that has happened I hope it does not happen to anyone else
