En venta de refacciones el señor que atiende se molesta por hacer su trabajo, quiere casi que le digas el folio de la refacción y después de que se tarda tanto verificando tu refacción te dice que ya no la hacen .

Hable para una cotización de refacciones y me enlazaron la llamada al área de refacciones 5 veces por qué siempre se equivocaban de área, cuando por fin toman mi llamada resulta que la persona no me escuchaba bien, le digo "no me escucha"? Y me contesta "no, no la escucho" y le digo "por qué me contesta si no me escucha" y me dice "le estoy contestando a otra persona"..... Y me colgó sabemos que tienen mucho trabajo pero es su trabajo organizarse y atender a todos y cada uno con el respeto y el tiempo que merecemos.
Terrible service!
