I don't know what Autobaño y Pensión consists of or where, for that matter, I could get the other kind of bath. I guess the pensión part means I could stay and eat here. Pensiones provide food by definition, they say in La Paz.
I was walking by this place one day and was trying to figure what might go on here. Is showering so big that a place this large would be dedicated to it? I never found out, but I did take a photo for those wanting to see what I'm talking about.
