★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola tengo pedida y pagada una llanta y pagado el envío a mi domicilio y llevo esperando una semana y me dice la empresa de paquetería que no han llevado la llanta a la empresa para su envío ?? y no contestan en la llantera. Paquetería ya tiene la guía pero la llantera no ha pedido el servicio de pasar por él. Muy mal servicio!!

Aseveró que sí tenían determinado servicio y resultó que no lo tenían, lo que me demoró 24 horas en conseguirlo por fuera. Su pro es que es rápida, respetuosa y aunque no lo hizo; intentó solucionar su error de manera humilde y tenía disposición, pero sugiero que sean explícitos y dejen muy en claro lo que necesitan.
Por otro lado; el servicio del joven llamado "Osman" es EXCELENTE, recomiendo pidan que él los atienda, algunos otros tienen MUY mala actitud. Osman se toma el tiempo de aconsejar varias cosas para que las llantas, los rines, el volante, etc, estén bien. En extremo amable y respetuoso.
