★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. El autobus no cuenta con aire acondicionado (así como el servicio que se ofrece). Y mi queja especialmente es para el chófer incompetente y nada empático con los pasajeros. Juega con el tiempo de las personas. No venimos en un TOUR para venir haciendo paradas cada que se le ofrece algo o que le da hambre. Casi 11 horas en un destino de 6 o 7 horas por mucho.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The bus does not have air conditioning (as well as the service that is offered). And my complaint especially is for the incompetent driver and not empathetic with the passengers. Play with people's time. We do not come on a TOUR to come making stops every time something is offered or when you feel hungry. Almost 11 hours in a 6 or 7 hour destination by far.
