★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajo constantemente Mexicali - Tijuana - Mexicali y los choferes recogen pasaje fuera de la estación lo que puede ser un factor de inseguridad para los pasajeros que compramos nuestro boleto en la estación y de los cuales queda nuestra identidad registrada. Le pido hagan algo al respecto antes de que se presenten problemas como en otros estados de asaltos y violaciones en autobuses. El último viaje que hice y sucedió lo que denunció es el viaje de 5:30 pm Tijuana - Mexicali del domingo 11 de Agosto del 2019 línea Aguacaliente Select

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, ofrecen un servicio de 22 horas de Tijuana a Culiacán Y llevamos 25 de horas de viaje en el autobús 1236 que salió a las 20:16 hora local, los chóferes se paran dónde se les da la gana, se pararon cerca de 50 minutos en un oxxo a hacer el relevo sin avisar al pasaje para que mientras ellos fumaban y platicaban pudiéramos comprar, posteriormente se pararon a cenar a la salida de Guamuchil y cuando un pasajero le reclamó uno de los chóferes le contestó de manera despota, tardando 40 minutos más, hace 15 minutos continuó el viaje, independientemente pondré la queja al concluir el viaje en la terminal de Culiacán. Es necesario agregar que el mismo chofer reto a golpes a uno de los pasajeros que reclamó.
