★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las taquilleras están desinformadas acerca de los boletos y los choferes igual, y lo peor de todo la prepotencia de los chichincles que te ayudan con tus maletas y aún así te piden propina.
The ticket offices are misinformed about the tickets and the drivers alike, and worst of all the arrogance of the chichincles who help you with your bags and still ask you for a tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son inpuntules y te cobran 200 pesos más x tu pasaje y no c como calculan el peso si no lo pesan y el de taquilla no quiso que le pagará con tarjeta los 200 pesos si fuera para la empresa lo cobrarían con tarjeta pero creo que es mafia de ellos, ellos saben sus tranzas que hacen esto fue el día 17/06/2021 hora de salida a las 2:10 el chófer no quiso dar su nombre pero fue el que va para Tlapa a esa hora y el de taquilla también de ese turno y esas misma fecha y para colmo el cargador ni siquiera te ayuda a subir el equipaje y luego piden propina muy mal servicio si ellos no les gusta su trabajó mejor que no lo hagan x que descreditan a la empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los peores baños a los que he ido, por qué no tienen lo básico, cobran 6 pesos la entrada, si no tienes cambio debes de ver cómo, en taquilla te cambian de mala gana, al entrar te venden el papel, solamente les hace falta venderte el agua con que se baja la taza, no tienen para secar las manos y no hay sitio para colgar las bolsas, solo algunos baños lo tienen y solo tienen un gancho, me parece terrible que quieran cobrarte todo, es el único lugar en la republica que te hacen eso. Hay personas que a veces deben de pasar muchas horas y gastar 6 pesos cada vez que se va al baño es una exageración.
Además por la noche no se cuenta con personal suficiente, estamos cerca de 100 personas en la sala de espera y no hay ni siquiera un vigilante en la entrada.
El equipo de sonido es terrible no se entiende lo que dicen
Todo esto supongo que es consecuencia de la administración actual, ya que en anteriores ocasiones había abordado un autobús a estás horas y no encontraba esta clase de problemas.
Además de lo anterior los autobuses altamar son los únicos que te piden el boleto impreso, actualmente solo muestras el código QR, pero como aún no les proporcionan esa tecnología a los conductores, debes de llevarlo y en caso de no tenerlo te cobran $10 por imprimirlos, igual es la única vez que en un boleto de autobús me cobran para imprimirlo.

Also at night there is not enough staff, we are about 100 people in the waiting room and there is not even a guard at the entrance.
The sound system is terrible you don't understand what they say
All this I suppose is a consequence of the current administration, since on previous occasions I had boarded a bus at these hours and did not find these kinds of problems.
In addition to the above, the Altamar buses are the only ones that ask for the printed ticket, currently you only show the QR code, but since they still do not provide that technology to the drivers, you must take it and if you do not have it they charge you $ 10 to print them , It is the only time that in a bus ticket they charge me to print it.
