★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio!! En tiempo le falta un poco cumplir pero se entiende por el tráfico que haces hay en carretera, pero en lo que cabe hay buenas promociones y eso está bien!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta la puntualidad pero la higiene de los autobuses queda mucho a deber. Todo el trayecto huele a choquiya y el piso sigue mojado, no da confianza en este aspecto.
Act. Tuve que volver a usar el servicio porque no encontré boletos en otra línea y estoy muy arrepentida porque el chófer puso un programa muy corriente y tenemos que venir escuchando un lenguaje altisonante y nada constructivo. (1 de febrero, ruta a córdoba)
I like punctuality but the hygiene of the buses is a lot to do. The whole journey smells like choquiya and the floor is still wet, it does not give confidence in this aspect.
Act. I had to use the service again because I couldn't find tickets on another line and I am very sorry because the driver put on a very ordinary program and we have to come listening to high-sounding language and not at all constructive. (February 1, route to Córdoba)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabuloso. Cuenta con un excelente hotel en la misma terminal de Astro Plus y taxis controlados además de una muy linda cafetería con buena comida y precios bajos.
El lugar muy limpio y aceptan tc?
Además cabe destacar que todo el personal tanto hotel, cafetería y taquilla muy amables y profesionales

Fabulous. It has an excellent hotel in the same Astro Plus terminal and controlled taxis as well as a very nice cafeteria with good food and low prices.
The place is very clean and they accept tc?
It should also be noted that all the staff both hotel, cafeteria and ticket office are very friendly and professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy accesible y muy limpio, cuenta con los servicios básicos.
Tiene hotel por si alguna vez se te hace noche.
Lo que no me gustó es que en los baños te cobran cuota aunque hayas pagado tu boleto, eso no se me hace justo.
The place is very accessible and very clean, it has the basic services.
It has a hotel in case it ever gets dark for you.
What I did not like is that in the bathrooms they charge you a fee even if you have paid your ticket, that does not seem fair to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene dos ventajas esta línea, en cuanto al servicio es indiscutiblemente mejor que ADO, sin deseo de ofender, muy buenas unidades, muy bien servicio, y es más rapido por la experiencia que ellos tienen en esas carreteras, pero aunado el servicio en Xalapa de Astro Plus, tienen su hotel, no sé cómo está el servicio, pero es bueno saber que ahí tienen hospedaje para la gente que va de paso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ está relax la terminal... boletos y corridas más baratas que así... ya solo el detalle es que le falta modernizar más sus unidades... ahorita estoy viajando y pues vamos a ver qué tal manejan los choferes... puede que suba o baje mi calificación
the terminal is relaxed... tickets and rides are cheaper than that... the only detail is that it needs to modernize its units more... right now I'm traveling and well let's see how the drivers handle... maybe raise or lower my rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is nice and modern, but the benches are steel, so they're a little too cold at 5:30 am. The buses are on time (usually) and there's a few new ones, so those are quite comfortable (the old ones are very old, smelly, have several parts broken and are uncomfortable, to say the very least). The clerk at the counter is polite enough (considering it's around 5 am). The one coffee shop doesn't open until 8 am so, if you're in need of coffee before that, tough luck. The prices on the coffee shop are a little steep, but it's the price of "convenience", I guess .
