★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, yo viaje de Acámbaro a la ciudad de México, y realmente parecen guajoloteros,hice más de 6 horas, porque vienen cargando pasaje en cada esquina de los pueblos donde pasá, traen pantallas pero ni sé escuchan x la música de el chófer, y vaya música 6 horas escuchando a lo temerarios
Lousy service, I travel from Acámbaro to Mexico City, and they really look like guajoloteros, I did more than 6 hours, because they have been loading passage in each corner of the towns where it passes, they bring screens but I don't even know how to listen to the music of the driver, and go music 6 hours listening to the reckless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las unidades limpias (al abordar) cuentan con baños para mujeres y hombres, ya el uso que le dan a la unidad no depende mucho de la empresa ya que lo ofrecen limpio al abordar y el desempeño de los conductores es bueno,el modelo de las unidades dependerán del destino.
The clean units (when boarding) have toilets for women and men, since the use they give to the unit does not depend much on the company since they offer it clean when boarding and the performance of the drivers is good, the model of the Units will depend on the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, todo el autobús huele mal debido a los baños, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, viaje de San Miguel de Allende a la Cdmx y durante más de 4 horas tuve este problema, pésimo de verdad
Terrible service, the whole bus smells bad due to the bathrooms, I do not recommend it at all, I traveled from San Miguel de Allende to Cdmx and for more than 4 hours I had this problem, really terrible

Un autobus lleno de gente que no debería estar parada. Recortaron las rutas por la misma situación, medidas sanitarias. Pero es imposible que una empresa de viajes lleve a cabo estas situaciones, no deberían tener exceso de pasajeros durante dos horas.
