★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, pequeño pero los de seguridad son muy amables, toman temperatura. Y preguntan a dónde te dirijes. Te llevan a subir al autobús entre 10 y 15 min antes de que salga. De igual manera para comprar boleto tienes que esperar hasta cómo 30 min antes de que salga el autobús.
Te checan antes de subir. Si llevas mochila o bolso te la revisan. Al igual que el cuerpo si no llevas nada en contra de la seguridad de los pasajeros.
A mí parecer el servicio es muy bueno y muy atento.
 Excellent place, small but the security ones are very friendly, they take temperature. And they ask where you are going. They take you to get on the bus between 10 and 15 minutes before it leaves. In the same way, to buy a ticket you have to wait until about 30 min before the bus leaves.
They check you before going up. If you carry a backpack or bag, they will check it for you. Like the body if you do not carry anything against the safety of the passengers.
In my opinion the service is very good and very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar pequeño pero amables, pero si quieres salir rápido hacia el bajio no lo aconsejo por que primero pasa hacia Ecatepec, mucha vuelta, y sale por jorobas yo pensé que salía directo al c. Mexiquense tomen sus precauciones y midan su tiempo

En cuanto a los conductores sin amables y respetuosos. Bien servicio por ello

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención malísima, personal de seguridad me indicaron no podía subir maleta de mano, que demora ir en porta equipaje de abajo. Consulte con Promotor si tenía seguro y me confirmó que NO, que era sobre mi responsabilidad y si no estaba de acuerdo me indico que me podía cancelar mi boleto, le insistí llevaba Documentos y era maleta de mano a lo que reitero que sacará mis Documentos y dejará maleta de mano abajo insistiendo que si no estaba de acuerdo podía cancelar mi boleto.
Estaciones más adelante los pasajeros incluso subieron con bolas grandes y mochilas. La pantalla no servía,.
NO RECOMENDABLE, procuren anticipar su viaje y evitar está Terminal.
Very bad attention, security personnel told me I could not carry a carry-on bag, which delays going in a luggage carrier below. Check with Promotor if I had insurance and he confirmed that NO, that it was about my responsibility and if he did not agree, he indicated that he could cancel my ticket, I insisted he took Documents and was a suitcase to which I reiterate that he will take out my Documents and I will leave my handbag down insisting that if I disagreed I could cancel my ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada que haya central autobuses en Ciudad Azteca, tiene buena ubicación, regularmente los camiones salen cada hora con 20 mnts.
Felicitaciones a los choferes cuando llegan en dos horas y media a San Juan del R.
El Personal de la taquilla son un poco Malhumorados y apaticos pero al menos te atienden.
Se agradece la amabilidad de los guardias de seguridad, se me hacen muy amables, en especial el señor.
I like that there is a central bus station in Ciudad Azteca, it has a good location, regularly the trucks leave every hour with 20 minutes.
Congratulations to the drivers when they arrive in two and a half hours to San Juan del R.
The box office staff are a bit grumpy and apathetic but at least they take care of you.
The kindness of the security guards is appreciated, they are very kind to me, especially the man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los chóferes no tienen los modales para tratar a los pasajeros, se extravío mi maleta y el teléfono que me proporcionaron para levantar el reporte no contestaron, me pidieron mis datos y me dijeron que se comunicarian conmigo y no fue así. Es primera vez que uso el servicio y será la última vez, no lo recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service, the drivers do not have the manners to treat passengers, my suitcase was lost and the phone they provided me to file the report did not answer, they asked me for my data and told me that they would contact me and it was not like that. It is the first time that I use the service and it will be the last time, I do not recommend it at all.
