No se me hace justo que hagan ese tipo de aumentos sabiendo que estamos en j a situación muy complicada aquí en valle de la hacienda ya todos traen una disque autorización y en ningún lado han dicho sobre este aumento.

Hoy 16 de agosto de 2018, estaba en la glorieta del lago esperando la combi con direccion a axotlan santa maria, paso la unidad 236 aproximadamente 19:26 horas, le hice la parada y no se quizo para, cabe hacer mencion que el chofer llavaba copiloto, el cual se dio cuenta que hicimos la parada, voltio a vernos y sacando la mano por la ventanilla nos hizo que no, y siguio su camino.
Si no Pasan cada 2 0 3 mins. Para que hagan eso.
SI NO QUIEREN DAR SERVICIO SOLO DIGAN, PARA ACERCARNOS A OTRA LÍNEA QUE SI ESTE EN DISPOSICION DE DARLO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio muchos de los choferes siempre vienen en el celular o están de groseros con los pasajeros por que reclaman cuando están jugando carreritas, van a ocasionar un accidente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del transporte público, suben los precios a su gusto sin basarse en la tarifa que luego ni siquiera la traen pegada en el transporte. Los choferes groseros, mal educados, agresivos (te amenazan cuando les dices que los reportarás) y muy prepotentes.

sus irregularidades van desde las malas condiciones de las unidades,falta de limpieza de las mismas ,falta de educación y de respeto de sus conductores hacia el pasaje,exceso de velocidad de las unidades,los chóferes suelen llevar compañía , y lo peor y más delicado la irresponsabilidad de cumplir con los horarios establecidos, así como pasar el transporte de unidad a otra para no concluir su recorrido. Todo lo anterior refierndome a la ruta cuautitlan dólores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque los camiones que van del Rosario a Santiago Cuautlalpan van tan rápido que dejan el pasaje, van varias veces q por querer rebazar el Magu me dejan esperando aparte que uno se tiene q esperar más de media hora para que pasen y lo dejan , no se vale q trabajen así, se supone que les toman el tiempo no. Deberían meter una línea q si trabaje como se debe.

Para colmo su servicio de cofradía al rosario inconstante y los chóferes perdiendo el tiempo manejando lento, no es posible que la base al entronque de la autopista en km 40, 20 min. Pónganse las pilas porque los vecinos de la colonia estamos ya recabando firmas para que entre otra línea de autobuses.
Y si fuera poco aumenta el costo del pasaje.
