★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada día es pésimo su servicio, no salen a tiempo, hacen paradas personales en lugares no permitidos, el reloj del autobús nunca tiene la hora correcta,; si bien ponen la película, no se es escucha porque el operador trae su propia fiesta con música a todo volumen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención desde quién te vende los boletos hasta los que te revisan al subir, parece que se les pide el favor de regalarnos el servicio. Te revisan dos o tres veces como si fueras delincuente, están peor que en al aeropuerto. Se aprovechan de que son la única opción para algunos destinos. Mal por ellos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La taquillera me quiso agregar un servicio extra (que no supo explicarme qué era) y un extra para ir junto a una mujer, para el descuento tuvo que ir a pedir autorización cuando en todas las líneas lo bota su sistema en automático) el autobús con unas mámparas de acrílico estorbosas a más no poder y sus asientos muy incómodos, extrañé el buen servicio de hace años.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descuidado el lugar, el estacionamiento caro tienen 3 maquinas para cobre del estacionamiento y no funcionan al 100% o no aceptan monedas o o billetes y largas colas para poder pagar us salir.
The place is very neglected, the expensive parking lot has 3 machines for parking copper and they do not work 100% or they do not accept coins or bills and long queues to pay us to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de apoyo, vestido de guardia, tiende a alegar con los clientes me solicitó en un tono poco amable que me quité mi sombrero en 2 ocasiones, accedí, pero le hice notar que lo había hecho ya 2 veces, y me contestó, que le hiciera como quisiera, esto ocurrió en mi viaje en la unidad 0413, de central del norte a Pachuca, a las 7 de la noche el 23 de sep, del 2021.
