 Bad experience. The service is never on time. Delays of more than an hour are common. And they have no control of the venues they offer. I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajé de la estación de Motul a la de Izamal. En principio diría que es la misma experiencia en ambas sucursales. Iba algo rápido el autobús que en lo personal no tuve problema con ello más que por un detalle de seguridad en la carretera. Pero por otro lado, la señorita que atiende la estación de Motul se muestra desinteresada en brindar una atención cordial
I traveled from Motul station to Izamal station. In principle I would say that it is the same experience in both branches. The bus was going a bit fast and personally I had no problem with it except for a safety detail on the road. But on the other hand, the lady who attends the Motul station is disinterested in providing cordial attention
