★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para poder cancelar un boleto. Sino pude llegar a la hora exacta, por una accidente en carreter,menos podría llegar a la terminal para cancelar el boleto una hora antes. Muchas personas tomamos diferentes autubuses para llegar al destino. Tomen en cuenta que viajamos por horas, como para que no se pueda cancelar un boleto por teléfono, cuanod estaba en la carretera atorada por un accidente. Pésimo.
Terrible service to be able to cancel a ticket. If I could not arrive at the exact time, due to a car accident, I could not reach the terminal to cancel the ticket an hour earlier. Many people take different buses to reach the destination. Keep in mind that we travel for hours, so that a ticket cannot be canceled by phone, when I was on the road jammed by an accident.
