viaje en Noreste de Reynosa a Monterrey con mi gato y resulta que el equipajero de Reynosa me había puesto a mi gato donde estaba el motor (me comentó el equipajero de mty), mi gato llegó a Monterrey CALIENTE Y SUDADO!!! Llegué a las oficinas de noreste en mty y solo me dieron un número a dónde levantar la queja, ya lo hice y espero que no le pase a nadie más y sus mascotas (que son SERES VIVOS) lleguen con bien a su destino.
#ANIMAL ABUSE
I traveled in the Northeast from Reynosa to Monterrey with my cat and it turns out that the baggage handler from Reynosa had put my cat where the engine was (the mty baggage handler told me), my cat arrived in Monterrey HOT AND SWEATING!!! I arrived at the northeast offices in mty and they only gave me a number where to file the complaint, I already did it and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else and their pets (which are LIVING BEINGS) arrive safely at their destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente llame preguntando sobre e horario de salidas y la señora/ita me dio el horario después que quise hacerle otra pregunta literalmente uso un papel de dulce algo de ese tipo para hacer el sonido de estático. Un servicio patético, malo que no me dio su nombre porque ese tipo de basura de empleada no merece estar trabajando.
I just called asking about the departure time and the lady / ita gave me the time after I wanted to ask her another question I literally use a piece of candy paper something like that to make the sound of static. A pathetic, bad service that didn't give me its name because that kind of employee trash doesn't deserve to be working.
