Y te dicen que tú viaje es directo y es mentira, te cambian en Nuevo Laredo y en un autobús no apto para Larga distancia, más incómodos, baño no sirve etc. Malísimo servicio. Deberían checar otras opciónes antes de viajar en el Tornado.
Zero Covid protocol, zero organization when checking your bags. And they tell you that your trip is direct and it is a lie, they change you in Nuevo Laredo and in a bus not suitable for long distance, more uncomfortable, bathroom does not work etc. Terrible service. They should check other options before riding the Tornado.
