★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo servicio te venden boletos que ya estan vendidos y te hacen esperar horas. Al final viajas en autobuses de muy mala calidad.
 Terrible service, they sell you tickets that are already sold and make you wait for hours. In the end you travel in very poor quality buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no me gusta el servicio al cliente de sus operarios de autobuses, yo compre un boleto directo de cd. Altamirano a Acapulco y en iguala groseramente el conductor me dijo que me cambiara de asiento solo porque ellos vendieron mi lugar otra vez.
I do not like the customer service of their bus operators, I bought a direct ticket from cd. Altamirano to Acapulco and at the same time the driver rudely told me to change seats just because they sold my place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre llego a esa terminal y tienen muy buen servicio. En especial un acomodador de maletas, solo que llegan un poco tarde los buses, salen un poquito mas tarde de la hora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando sales de viaje en esta terminal a veces no salen a la hora acordada , compras un boleto y la gente se puede sentar en tu asiento asignado, a veces los autobuses no tienen baño en fin el servicio no es muy bueno
When you go on a trip in this terminal sometimes they do not leave at the agreed time, you buy a ticket and people can sit in your assigned seat, sometimes the buses do not have a bathroom in short the service is not very good
