★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen sala de espera, súper IMPUNTUALES, un servicio deprimente, realmente es de pésima calidad, nada amables, nada servicial, , el autobús sucio, no sirven sus buspads, CERO recomendable, realmente es deplorable su servicio, deberian capacitar a su personal y tener un espacio adecuado para los viajeros, pues hay gente de la tercera edad y no hay sala de espera todos parados amontonados , y sus precios no son económicos,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen respeto alguno por el tiempo, el último autobús que tomé tuvo un retraso de media hora para siquiera presentarse. Además de que el precio no hace más que aumentar, antes ofrecían una bebida y un alimento, ahora no ofrecen ni las gracias por viajar con ellos. Igualmente la sana distancia es inexistente, los autobuses van casi llenos todo el tiempo, sin mencionar que el estado de la limpieza es deplorable (los baños del autobús están absurdamente desgastados y mal lavados).
