El área de espera esta muy bien, a comparacion de otras de aquí mismo de la terminal. Aunque lo único malo seria el cobro por el uso del sanitario.

Pésimo! Tengo mi boleto a las 1736 y el camión viene con aprox. 4 horas de retraso me dicen q si llega rápido llegará a las 2100. Eso es el colmo y un abuso total por parte de la línea además de una falta de respeto por sus clientes.

Pésimo servicio, el número 1° si pero en incumplimiento de un servicio ya que no cuentan con el profesionalismo para ofrecer un servicio como el que ofrecen tengo un boleto con hora de salida 03:49 am de la terminal de Culiacán y son las 07:11 y el autobús no puede arribar a la dicha terminal....

Pésimo, me ubiera ido en ETN de haber sabido que iba a salir tan tarde. Se retrasó 3 horas la salida y el servicio es súper malo. No vuelvo a viajar con ellos
Terrible, I would have gone to ETN if I knew I was going to leave so late. Check-out was delayed 3 hours and the service is super bad. I will not travel with them again

Compré en dos ocasiones los boletos en línea, uno de Mochis a Culiacán el cual llegó media hr de retraso, no habíamos salido de Mochis cuando el chófer comento que haría una parada de 15 min para comer algo tardo más de media hr hasta que mi pareja bajo y le dijo que ya habían pasado 15 min. Queriendo dar una segunda oportunidad lo tome de Culiacán a Guadalajara boleto a las 12:35 llegamos y nos dicen llegará a las 2, llegando a Mazatlán el chófer para y dice que será de 40 min. paso más de hr y media no tienen el menor trato amable en taquilla solo te dicen está retrasado y nada te arreglan

Es una pesadilla la que vives utilizando el servicio de futura-elite la taquilleras acicalandose en su lugar no dan solución, compré mi boleto en línea, lo cancelaron y ni una llamada para avisarme, cuando acudí a taquilla me trataron como si hubiera comprado con la competencia y me dijeron que siempre pasaba eso pero que ella no podían hacer nada, la taquillera de futura select hasta movió el acrílico de protección contra covid para alzarme la voz y discutir que no me iba a solucionar, me pasó con una supuesta gerente que en realidad atendía la ventanilla de elite select y cuando le pregunté si ella me iba a solucionar se sonrió y me dijo que es que ese no era su problema y que no podían solucionar, que las personas compraban su boleto en línea por más barato, pero que salía contraproducente porque pasaba eso y aunque le expliqué que debia llegar a la hora que originalmente decía la página de futura, insistio en que o me aguantaba o cancelara. Busque opciones pero no había salidas para llegar a tiempo. Hablé al 01800 que la supuesta responsable me dijo y me dijeron que los disque lugares que me habían dado en un camión elite, ya no futura que fue el que compré, estaban a otro nombres, no al mío y me cambiaron a otro camión, otros asientos, otra línea. El camión llegó atrasado y luego que llegó nos dijeron que debíamos esperar 1 hr más porque lo iban a revisar, esa hora en realidad fueron 2hrs... Terminé saliendo 3hrs más tarde d mi salida original al final de cuenta. Al abordar el camión olía a excremento y orines... Venía en pésimas condiciones, sucio era poco y mi asiento venía mojado, apestoso, con pelos y croquetas. Ha Sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en mis años de viajera, la actitud de no es mi problema, la atención pésima y la falta de empatía que he recibido de no entender que alguien que compra un servicio por x línea de autobus espera recibir ese servicio por el que pago aún cuando compro 15 días antes, es tremenda. Por cierto nos decían 30 minutos y en realidad se volvía 1 hr de espera...No usen este servicio, busquen más opciones si no quieren ser tratados como alguien que no interesa, digo uno esperaría recibir al menos un buen trato y cumplimiento de tiempo de llegada, pero no esperes recibirlo ni en futura y menos en elite.

It has been the worst experience I have had in my years of traveling, the attitude of is not my problem, the terrible attention and the lack of empathy that I have received from not understanding that someone who buys a service by bus line expects to receive that service for which I pay even when I buy 15 days before, it is tremendous.
