Excelente servicio del personal, autobús por fuera bien pero por dentro desafortunadamente hay cucarachas ?

Informalidad total, mala atención, retrasos absurdos y no justificados demás de 4 horas para sus viajes, sin resolver nada. Ni reembolsos, ni opciones de otros viajes. Primera y última vez que viajo con ellos. Además de malas condiciones del autobús y los baños

Pesima atencion por parte del servicio a cliente, los autobuses salen a destiempo, horrible experiencia. Lo unico bueno fue el chofer del autobus futura incrwible servicio

No me gustó ? viaje de Mazatlán a Tepic y el chófer se paro en un entronque por más de 1 hora 45 min para vender asientos que no iban ocupados desde la central me hizo retrasar mucho mi viaje los pasajeros nuevos venían ebrios escandalosos

EFICAZ SERVICIÓ Y COSTOS DE LOS BOLETOS, SE LLEGO A LA HORA ESTABLECIDA, DESDE CHIHUAHUA A CULIACAN SIN PERCANCES BUEN CONDUCTOR.

Cero estrella y si se puede -10. Muy mal servicio y poco respeto por los usuarios nuestro autobús salía a las 14:00 hrs. y salimos hasta las 22:13 hrs en un autobús de muy baja calidad, no es lo que yo pagué, está muuuuuy sucio, no sanitizado, las maletas te las avientan ¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO! ??????????

I recently traveled on an Elite Select bus from Tijuana to Mazatlan. I booked and paid for my ticket online. The bus was on time. I was a bit confused about how to know my bus, but I was told to just go to the waiting area to the far left around the time my bus is to depart and listen for the guy to call your bus company & time. Example: "6pm Elite Select". The bus was super clean and modern. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. I am 5ft 10in and I chose a front seat #4. Next time I think i would try #8 behind my seat for a bit more space to stretch my legs under the seat in front. My trip was an overnight 26. 5hr trip from 6pm- 8:30pm. We had to all get off the bus at 2:30am to put every bag through a scanner. That sucked, but that's México rules and not bus policy. The only and biggest issue I had with this company was our drivers. They were JERKS! They were rude from the start to all of the passengers. They treated us like we were prisoners and not customers. I understand a lot of Spanish, but it is not my first language. The driver was very rude to me when I did not understand something totally. He would start to speak loud and fast to me. ? Other passengers were very helpful in these situations. So I will remove 1 star in hopes that drivers are reminded that they are driving customers, not cattle.
