★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si exijo q ala hora de salida el chofer haga que cada pasajero ocupe su lugar de numero# de asiento ya que es un revoltijo y no los respetan por ello yevo un mes con dolor de cuello ya q m toco en los acientos ultimos y pareciera las suspenciones no sirviran y rebotabamos del asiento nos desprendimos a mas de 1/2 mt del aciento ninos y adultos. Pesimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta mantenimiento e inversión por parte de la empresa en mejorar las instalaciones. Para empezar las bancas de metal para los pasajeros se encuentran deterioradas. Estaría bien que pusieran unas nuevas y de paso pavimentar el espacio donde se estacionan los autobuses porque en épocas de lluvia se pone muy feo. Se llena de lodo porque el piso es de tierra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La línea de altamar, presume de tener autobuses "nuevos" para la ruta de la costa chica de Guerrero, son autobuses reacondicionados, que no le sirven el aire acondicionado, y nunca tienen papel higiénico y agua en el lavamanos del sanitario. El colmo es que cuando le haces tú queja por medio de sus redes bloquean los mensajes como relevantes y no aparece la.queja o borran los malos comentarios, y te bloquean.en las oficinas nadie se hace responsable, por absolutamente nada.
Te cobran por el uso de los baños y ni siquiera hay agua, ni alumbrado y menos papel higiénico.
