Llegué una hora antes para esperar mi salida a las 11:45 de Pachuca a Tuxpan, y primero, no anunciaron la salida y segundo había un autobús que decía Tampico, al ver qué ya era la hora pregunté con el personal de Estrella Blanca, quienes me comentaron que se acababa de ir el autobús y que solo me podían apoyar realizando un descuento del 50% con rumbo a Poza Rica, mismo que salió después de la 1 cuánto estaba programado a las 00:30. Me desviaron y retrasaron en mi itinerario. Muy mal, pero gracias! No vuelvo a viajar con ustedes. Very bad service. y	yuridia sampedro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que risa su eslogan el decir que una buena experiencia de viaje, me vendieron un boleto de Tuxpan a Tulancingo que nunca pasó, me dijeron que en dos horas más, espere con paciencia y después que el camión que venía se había dañado, tuve que pagar taxi de Tuxpan a Poza Rica para alcanzar un camión a las 8:30, llegué y la recepcionista se rió porque el camión no pasaba a esa hora sino hasta las 9:30, se la pasaron mintiendo, pésimo servicio, grupo conexión y futura, es una lastima por eso no hay turismo y cada vez esto se pone más peor, al final tuve que bajarme en huachinango Puebla, para que fuera un especial por mi e ir corriendo al Felipe Ángeles, un asco de servicio, promesas falsas, gente no capacitada, nada de empatía, cero compromiso con su eslogan...
