Pésimo servicio. Compré un boleto por internet. El autobús Futura se descompuso y no llegó y no me quisieron cambiar el boleto ni regresar el dinero.
The worst service. I bought a ticket but the bus never arrived because it wasn't working. I was asking for my money back or another ticket but it didn't happen.
