★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. 2 veces me ha tocado usar esta línea y a pesar de tener boletos con horario llegan tarde, y no 15 o 20 minutos sino hasta más de 2 horas. No hay reembolsos y su línea para cancelaciones, cambios o quejas no la atienden, solo sigue sonando la grabacion. No volvere a viajar con esta compañía, es mejor ir a la central directo y ver que opciones hay en compañías más fiables.
 Terrible service. Twice I have had to use this line and despite having timed tickets they arrive late, and not 15 or 20 minutes but more than 2 hours. There are no refunds and their line for cancellations, changes or complaints is not answered, it just keeps playing the recording. I will not travel with this company again, it is better to go to the central office directly and see what options there are in more reliable companies.
