★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a la atención de su personal en ventanillas excelente, los conductores muy bien pero...la limpieza de sus unidades un tache, cucarachas cayéndose del techo y corriendo por doquier. Ojalá lo solucionen fumigando.
As for the attention of its staff at excellent windows, the drivers very well but ... the cleaning of their units is a tache, cockroaches falling from the roof and running everywhere. Hopefully they solve it by spraying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron fraude, en taquilla de ahuazotepec me vendieron boletos a la ciudad de México con asientos disponibles y cuando llega el autobús no hay ni un solo asiento libre, viaje con un niño de 8 años el cual tuvo que viajar parado el trayecto.
They made me a fraud, at the ahuazotepec box office they sold me tickets to Mexico City with seats available and when the bus arrives there is not a single free seat, I traveled with an 8-year-old boy who had to travel stopped.
