★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal, asientos desgastados, palanca no funcional reclinable, olor desagradable y para acabar una cucaracha caminando libre por los asientos (o tal vez más). Tiempo de traslado regular pero paradas no programadas e innecesariamente largas. Peor aún se iba a ir de largo y no nos iba a dejar en nuestro destino a pesar de ir 4 pasajeros a la misma parada (central), a minutos de no tomar la desviación e irse a otra ciudad... Fatal.
Fatal, worn seats, non-functional reclining lever, unpleasant smell and to finish a cockroach walking free through the seats (or maybe more). Regular transfer time but unnecessarily long and unscheduled stops. Worse still it was going to go long and it was not going to leave us in our destiny in spite of going 4 passengers to the same stop (central), to minutes of not taking the deviation and to go to another city ... Fatal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La seguridad es mínima, no cuenta con cinturón de seguridad y en algunas unidades no tiene adecuado funcionamiento de amortiguadores, íbamos en recta y se balanceaba muchísimo, los tiempos de viaje no van de acuerdo a lo que estipulan en sus páginas de internet, el autobús tarda en llegar hasta una hora más a la central, y en un viaje que tenía que ser de 3 horas fue de 5 porque se detuvo en dos paradas más de una hora y no parecía ser por motivos de mecánica, está bien que se paren un poco a estirar las piernas o comer algo, pero una hora para hacerlo? Es demasiado; aunado a eso el mal estado de la unidad en cuanto a higiene, los asientos sucios y el olor a orina invaden el autobús... No suelo quejarme de las cosas, pero me ha tocado viajar en estas unidades durante los últimos tres meses y casi todas han sido experiencias desagradables, sólo en una ocasión el autobús estaba decente, limpio y olía bien, así que si deciden cambiar sus unidades van por buen camino...

It's too much; coupled with that the poor state of the unit in terms of hygiene, dirty seats and the smell of urine invade the bus ... I do not usually complain about things, but I've had to travel in these units for the last three months and almost all have been unpleasant experiences, only once the bus was decent, clean and smelled good, so if they decide to change their units they are on the right track ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este lugar los autobuses siempre llegan impuntual ya que es una estación de paso , para tomarse en cuenta, tiene un anuncio de paqueteria envía el cual no funciona, los autobuses están en buen estado y llegan puntuales a su destino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice horario 7:30 a 9:00,y el encargado llega alas 7:45 y el autobús sale a las 8 para Monterrey y solo dura en la taquilla en lo que sale el autobús y ya no hay quien venda los boletos para la salida de las 10 de la noche pésimo servicio
