Me mintió y paso por Sabinas en la carretera no la autopista. Hubo un accidente en la carretera y paró el chofer a ver de fisgón por 45 minutos cuando se podía ir. Aparte de eso olía bien feo a orines el autobús. I asked the man who sold me the ticket if he was going directly to Nuevo Laredo, he said yes and that he was going to go on the highway. R	Rosalba Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomé la mala decisión de viajar en esta línea. Compré un dos boletos en Matamoros Tamaulipas. Uno de Matamoros-Monterrey y otro de Monterrey-Torreón. El segundo me dijeron que era de dos pisos y cuando llegó el bus me doy cuenta que era de un piso y eso pude dejarlo así el problema fue que estaba en pésimas condiciones. Los asientos demasiado pegados, las pantallas no funcionan, no tienen para descansar los pies, los baños están en pésimas condiciones, esas luces azules encendidas todo el camino. Yo me traslado de Matamoros a Reynosa hasta 3 veces por semana y no puede ser que los noreste que no son de primera estén en mejores condiciones que estos autobuses. Pero es la primera y última vez que viajo en esta línea y regresaré a los Ómnibus que si son de primera. ¡PÉSIMO! I made the bad decision to travel on this line. The seats are too close together, the screens don't work, you don't have to rest your feet, the bathrooms are in terrible condition, those blue lights on all the way. I travel from Matamoros to Reynosa up to 3 times a week and it cannot be that the northeast that are not first class are in better condition than these buses. But it is the first and last time that I travel on this line and I will return to the buses that are first class. APPALLING!

Tomé un una corrida que me vendieron precio de ejecutivo y resultó ser un autobús viejo y guajoloteto, un viaje de 4.5 horas se convirtió en uno de 6 horas. Terrible service. I took a bull run that they sold me at an executive price and it turned out to be an old bus and a turkey, a 4.5-hour trip turned into a 6-hour one.
