★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden boletos en línea, con horarios libres y resulta que en la Ag. del Tec, no recogen pasajeros después de cierto horario por las noches!! En ningún lado, en la publicidad ni en el proceso de compra, mencionan que ésa agencia esté cerrada por las noches. Nunca contestan el teléfono. La señorita del mostrador, en la central de autobuses, muy prepotente, contestona y regañona. Nos dijo que: "Por éso tienen que venir aquí" (hacer la compra en la central de autobuses) o sea, entonces de qué sirve la venta en línea??!! Es error de ellos el no poner avisos ni en su página ni en el proceso de compra, no debería dar la opción de la agencia tec, si está cerrada por las noches. Cero tacto con el cliente, no se les ocurre que hay gente que hace tiempo no viaja y creen que debe uno adivinar sus cambios. En fin. Primera y última vez que usamos ésta línea. Los autobuses están muy bonitos y tienen buenos precios. Fuera de ahí, bye.
