★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 27 ivamos de monterrey a zacatecas y se quemó el camión y Mosquera traian extintores, le estaba echando agua solo a ellos se les ocurre la coordinadora y el chófer se dieron a la fuga y después de 2 horas llega otro autobús y nos regresó a Monterrey... y todavía se tardaron para eombolsarnos el dinero siendo que mínimo deberían de darnos una compensación
 On the 27th we went from Monterrey to Zacatecas and the truck burned and Mosquera brought fire extinguishers, the coordinator was pouring water only to them and the driver fled and after 2 hours another bus arrived and returned to us. Monterrey ... and they still took time to eombolsarnos the money being that minimum they should give us a compensation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio que nos dieron era nuestra primera vez con ustedes y la verdad sus disque 20 años nos dejaron mucho que desear desde la atención que dieron el autobús pésimo baño apestando sin clima y sin cordinador para nuestro destino no los recomiendonos dejaron a la buena de dios adónde fuimos eso sí buenos para cobrar un día antes del viaje nos retardaron el viaje que por qué apenas aún no les entregaban el autobús la cita era a las 9 depsues que a las 10 y nos vinieron recogiendo casi una de la mañana que asco de servicio ??????????
Terrible service they gave us was our first time with you and the truth is that your dial 20 years left us much to be desired from the attention they gave the bus terrible bathroom stinking without weather and without a coordinator for our destination I do not recommend them they left us to the good of God where did we go that was good enough to get paid a day before the trip they delayed our trip why they just hadn't delivered the bus yet the appointment was at 9 o'clock then at 10 o'clock and they came picking us up almost one in the morning what a disgusting service ??????????
