★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que es la mejor opción de Phoenix a Chihuahua y viceversa, muy buenos autobuses, de modelo reciente, algunos con pantallas individuales y muy comodos, con operadores atentos y amables, respetan los límites de velocidad
I think it is the best option from Phoenix to Chihuahua and vice versa, very good buses, of recent model, some with individual screens and very comfortable, with attentive and friendly operators, they respect the speed limits

Leaving Cuauhtemoc Chihuahua towards El Paso, The Driver got us down at Immigration and left, Very Bad Service, I spoke to Cuauhtemoc and they told me there is nothing we can do, speak to El Paso and in El Paso they said speak to Cuauhtemoc what a Service so Bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los autobuses son muy cómodos y seguros para viajar! Sobre todo de México a los Estados Unidos. Los autobuses tienen buena higiene. La atención al cliente no es tan buena, se tardan mucho en atenderte.
The buses are very comfortable and safe to travel! Especially from Mexico to the United States. The buses have good hygiene. Customer service is not that good, they take a long time to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer es una oficina pequeña , muy bien ubicada. Es una conexión para llevar viajeros , directo a los Estados Unidos. Con todas situaciones previas que eso implica como las debidas paradas para comer y las dilaciones al cruzar la frontera . Ellos son expertos en eso.
Es un servicio especial para personas que vienen a pasar aquí los días de vacaciones con su familia, y deben regresar a trabajar a los Estados Unidos.
Tienen asientos cómodos. No sé si el es alto el precio, pero un viaje de Chihuahua capital a Dallas, Texas cuesta $120 USD.

It is a special service for people who come here to spend vacation days with their family, and must return to work in the United States.
