Super lentos, y no estan listos a la hora que te ponen la Salida, si tienes niños busca otra Linea, por que con Mares tendras que transbordar y esperar, y esperar, y esperar... Of the worst!! C	Cecilio González J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio pésimo, en fresnillo no tienen gente que haga la limpieza de las unidades, aunque uno les diga que por favor lo hagan pues no lo hacen, una unidad llevaba una ventana suelta, se le dijo al chófer y al encargado de fresnillo y no hicieron nada al respecto, pues saliendo de Fresnillo se voló la ventana y se tuvo que regresar a fresnillo, y ahí horas para que resolvieran el problema. Very bad service, terrible, in Fresnillo they don't have people to clean the units, even if you tell them to please do it because they don't, one unit had a loose window, they told the driver and the person in charge of Fresnillo and They did nothing about it, because leaving Fresnillo the window blew out and they had to return to Fresnillo, and there they had hours to solve the problem.

Nos dijeron que vendrían alas 5 de la tarde y llego alas 7 En la frontera más de 6 horas nos estuvimos y el camión Sin aire, todos bajamos y subimos las maletas al camión ... Saliendo de la frontera entre las calles en medio de la nada, se vuelven a cambiar de camión y tendremos que cambiar las maletas...el camión no se para en ningún lado hasta llegar a concha y de ahí parte a Fresnillo, donde en Fresnillo se cambian a otro camión y ahí reparte gente en Vans a cada lugar y los que van en sombrerete en el camion!! Mientras van de Fresnillo a sombrerete van haciendo limpieza higiénica para que las personas en Sain alto y sombrerete vuelvan a subir al camión e irse a Fresnillo otra vez ... Y hacer el mismo proceso que les dije !! ??Pésimo servicio ... They are not worth mother in a nutshell ... However, sometimes they do have delays in arriving and the customer representatives are not helpful in letting the customer know about the delay .Most of the mares buses do have free internet and also plug outlets to charge electronic devices . Be aware of the air conditioning it gets very cold in the bus, and they only make about two stops .
N	Nahum Rincon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how posting people in a bus at full capacity is still allowed in this current climate, aswell our driver had been quite rude and made inappropriate remarks about us passengers. Definitely a bus that gets the job done. I wouldn't mind the bus capacity in the future if they had provided a more polite driver. All bias aside this has not been an awful trip and would recommend it to anyone not able to fly.
