★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no existe ruta directa a CDMX si tienes que salir de Plaza San Diego, y si por error caes en el engaño del servicio "directo" te vas a llevar una desagradable sopresa ya que es un servicio intermedio pero mucho más caro, ya es tardado el viaje a CDMX pero con estos fraude el viaje se hace interminable, de nada sirve que tengan "varias" rutas si su servicio es pésimo y más si se tiene prisa, quizás la única opción de conseguir una ruta de verdad directa a CDMX es salir de la CAPU pero definitivamente los mejor es usar otra marca de autobuses, no vuelvo a viajar en esta marca.
Terrible service, there is no direct route to CDMX if you have to leave Plaza San Diego, and if you fall for the "direct" service by mistake, you will get an unpleasant surprise since it is an intermediate service but much more expensive, since The trip to CDMX is long but with these frauds the trip becomes endless, it is useless to have "several" routes if their service is lousy and even more so if you are in a hurry, perhaps the only option to get a real direct route to CDMX it is to leave the CAPU but definitely the best is to use another brand of bus, I will not travel on this brand again.
