No water in the bathrooms. The ticket machine jams. They give you the seat at random. Very bad. But there is only that option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio en Tlapa, compre el boleto con una semana de anticipación y me dejaron esperando con mis maletas, al ultimo se dignaron decirme que tubo contratiempo el autobús y se cancelo la corrida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy bueno tener este tipo de servicios de tramportes me gusta porque atravez de este servicio viajo a cuernavaca o a puebla pero au vez pido que sus cunductores sean mas amables y sus despachadoras que las capaciten un poco mas y les enseñen lo que es la amabilidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los asientos ya estan acabandose tambien el costo por el tipo de servicio es muy alto no me gusto en lo personal ya que ahi autobuses que ni siquiera tienen televisión y eso ase que el viaje sea mas pesado
The seats are already running out also the cost for the type of service is very high I did not like it personally since there buses that do not even have television and that makes the trip heavier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La central es muy pequeña pero tiene lo indispensable: tiendas, baños y unas salas de espera con aire acondicionado. Si te vas ya de San Miguel de Allende lo mejor es preséntate en la terminal al menos con 30 minutos de anticipación y aprovechar el tiempo que puedas en esta ciudad.
The plant is very small but has the essentials: shops, bathrooms and waiting rooms with air conditioning. If you leave San Miguel de Allende, the best thing is to arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes in advance and take advantage of the time you can in this city.
