★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ya van dos veces que viajo con ellos &’ las dos veces se descomponen justo ahora estoy aquí parada &’ nos están haciendo esperar dos horas ninguno de los pasajeros hemos comido de verdad no sé los recomiendo para nada
 Terrible service, they have already gone twice that I travel with them & ’both times they break down right now I’m standing here &’ they are making us wait two hours, none of the passengers have really eaten, I don’t know I recommend them at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias a familiares que me recomendaron el servicio hice uso del mismo pero me llevé una gran decepción ya que los asientos están muy juntos y no se puede acomodar la persona bien, los choferes que manejan los autobuses van platica y platica en el celular y además utilizan vocabulario grosero, además, la salida de los mismos, no se respeta a pesar de que se le dice a los usuarios que lleguen con tiempo y esto atrasa la salida y algo para que lo pongan en práctica es que a la hora que se solicita un boleto para viajar, se les pida el documento de residencia o de ciudadanía para agilizar el trámite en la frontera ya que esto también dificulta la salida rápida y oportuna de los viajeros
