Tuve una muy mala experiencia con ustedes, compré un boleto en línea con ustedes de Hermosillo a Los Mochis, y para empezar, no tienen ninguna terminal dónde esperar, me dijeron que tenía que estar frente a un hotel. En segundo lugar, el boleto decía que salía a las 11pm cuando en realidad saldría hasta las 4am , lo cual es inconcebible, no iba a esperar en medio de la calle en la madrugada. Intento pedir un rembolso y nadie me contesta. Le llamé ayer a Angeles, y quedó en enviarme un número de contacto y hasta el momento no me contesta. Necesito que me hagan ni rembolso, y estoy muy muy enojado, si no me resuelven voy a presentar una denuncia en la PROFECO Ya pasaron 5 días y nadie me resuelve, la señora Angeles, que se supone que es la encargada, dejo de contestar mis mensajes Hello!! Ya no encontré otro boleto en otra línea ni vuelo. No llegue a mi junta. Iré con PROFECO Terrible service, I bought a Guamuchil - Culiacán ticket. My bus left at 10 and they canceled my trip at 9:30. I no longer found another ticket on another line or flight. Don't make it to my meeting. I will go with PROFECO

It's a fraud! Do not buy your tickets with this company. I bought a ticket and the bus did not exist. The ticket was without location, without terminal. My money is lost.

Don´t buy a ticket and better go to a terminal to buy your ticket there to be sure the company exists. I bought a "ticket" from MXCD to Tepic, and there was no terminal on the ticket. After I called a number I found (in completely different states) they told me its terminal norte. But there was no bus of "TIM PREMIER" and nobody in or around the terminal knew about a company with that name. They told me that it has happened before and that it is a fraud. So I was at the terminal at the late evening and had to find another bus to Tepic which was super stressful. Also, they still have my money and I dont know if my bank will reimburse me. Tim Premier surely will not. Its the first sentence on their ticket, now I know why.
r	ruby stephens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!!!! This is a scam company! We turned up at the bus company for our 10pm bus from Guadalajara to Mexico City. We were told the bus was delayed by 4 hours and would arrive at 1am. At 1:45am I asked where the bus was and the adviser from Tim premier buses told be it was going to be another 4 hours. I was clearly upset and crying because this place didn’t feel safe at all and me being a young girl that speaks no Spanish felt in danger. Moments later I was told I could use my tickets to catch the next bus that would come between 10-11pm that night. Suggesting the bus I was meant to board was never actually coming. None of what they said sounded like it had any truth to it. I believe this company to be a scam and would advise everyone to avoid!!!!
