★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparentemente buen servicio, pero de 6 viajes realizados, en 5 de ellos los operadores subieron gente de otros camiones descompuestos en la madrugada, manejaron fuera de la ruta para dejar algunas personas y salían tarde. Solamente 1 viaje fue perfecto
Apparently good service, but of 6 trips made, in 5 of them the operators loaded people from other broken trucks in the early morning, drove off the route to drop off some people and left late. Only 1 trip was perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan en los teléfonos, es en vano que ofrecen números distintos de extensión y en ninguna te atienden. Para viajar de Tuxtla a CDMX es buena opción, pero de CDMX a Tuxtla es pésimo. Tienes que esperar a que lleguen los camiones en la calle y los habitantes de la colonia donde salen los CAMIones se molestan y te arrojan agua para que desalojes su puerta o portón. Además, si toca esperar en tiempo de lluvia, abordarás mojado al autobús.
They never answer the phones, it is in vain that they offer different extension numbers and they do not answer you at all. To travel from Tuxtla to CDMX it is a good option, but from CDMX to Tuxtla it is lousy. You have to wait for the trucks to arrive on the street and the inhabitants of the neighborhood where the TRUCKS leave get annoyed and throw water at you so that you dislodge their door or gate. Also, if you have to wait in rainy weather, you will board the bus wet.
