★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eres necesario agregar un acceso para discapacitados en los baños públicos del establecimiento. Sacabocados de tener que llevar del hombro a un señor con muletas, por miedo a caerse y laatimarse aparte es de la tercera edad y de escasos recursos.
Las estación no está mal, para ser una estación de pasó y volumen medio de gente, pero podrían agregar lo de los accesos para discapacitados, y algunos barandales.
Y mejores dispensadores de jabón en el baño. Eso en el casó del baño de hombres.
 You need to add a disabled access in the establishment's public restrooms. Caught out of having to carry a man on crutches by the shoulder, for fear of falling and being intimidated apart, he is elderly and of limited resources.
The station is not bad, to be a station of passed and medium volume of people, but they could add the access for the disabled, and some railings.
And better soap dispensers in the bathroom. That in the house in the men's room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por cuestión de economía suelo viajar ahí, los operadores son amables, los asientos cómodos, obviamente como tomo un servicio intermedio , se toma su tiempo.
Si quieres bueno, bonito y barato está es la opción, si buscas lujo, entonces elige otra línea.
As a matter of economy I usually travel there, the operators are friendly, the seats are comfortable, obviously as I take an intermediate service, they take their time.
If you want good, nice and cheap this is the option, if you are looking for luxury, then choose another line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pequeña terminal. Carece de vidrios entre los andenes y la sala de espera. En días fríos es un desafío a la salud. Si no llevas la tarjeta de ahorrobus no te dejan viajar, pesimo servicio
It is a small terminal. There is no glass between the platforms and the waiting room. On cold days it is a challenge to health. If you don't bring the bus savings card they won't let you travel, terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reducida pero funcional terminal de autobuses de 1a ADO, 2a AU y 3a, enlace entre Xalapa, Perote, Teziutlán, Atzalan, Tlapacoyan y Martínez. En tiempo de frío ir abrigado es importante ya que no protege mucho la instalación.
Small but functional bus terminal of 1st ADO, 2nd AU and 3rd, link between Xalapa, Perote, Teziutlán, Atzalan, Tlapacoyan and Martínez. In cold weather, being warm is important as it does not protect the installation much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está terminal es pequeña aunque tiene gran afluencia, desde aqui uno puede moverse a destinos como Perote, Tlapacoyan, entre otros, está limpia aunque los baños luego no tienen agua.

Hace casi siempre mucho frío, así que hay que estar preparados cuando se visita o es de paso en nuestro destino.
