★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, no contestan el teléfono, y si lo llegan a hacer te dejan colgado. Aparte borraron los autobuses directos y ahora nos tenemos que hacer 5 horas de transporte. Por lo menos deberían hacer 2 días de directo y los demás con paradas.
Horrible, they do not answer the phone, and if they do they leave you hanging. Besides they deleted the direct buses and now we have to do 5 hours of transport. They should do at least 2 direct days and the rest with stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los autobuses son de lo más sencillo pero en buen estado las salidas son pésimas salen muy retrasados y llevan hasta gente de pie no cuidan la sana distancia su sistema de cobro es pésimo y luego cuando pasas a la taquilla depositas en una targeta y todavía el chófer t cobra 10 pesos más por pasar la targeta por q sus precios no son fijos para mí pésimo servicio
The buses are very simple but in good condition, the departures are terrible, they leave very late and they even carry people on their feet, they do not take care of the healthy distance, their collection system is terrible and then when you go to the ticket office you deposit on a card and the driver is still t charges 10 pesos more to pass the card because their prices are not fixed for me, terrible service
