★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La exactitud con la q salen las corridas es de destacar, a la hora q dice tu boleto de salida,. A esa hora sale el autobús, no un minuto más no un minuto menos, así q hay q estar a tiempo si no pierdes tu viaje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre ha sido pésimo el servicio y la atención. Trato nefasto al cliente, no informan bien y se manejan con un halo de misterio a cerca de horarios y disponibilidad. La de taquilla o venta de boletos siempre te trata déspotamente y no es la de ahora en turno, lo ha sido desde años atrás. Yo llevo viajando de Zimapan a cdmx desde 1970 y el trato sigue siendo pésimo. Es hasta vergonzoso y no estoy pidiendo imposibles. No pido milagros, solo buen trato, información, respeto, dignidad y ayuda. Y más su hay personas de la 3a edad los ven como limosneros. O cuando hay estudiantes pidiendo el descuento de ley y siempre dicen que ya no hay... ya que no dejan a uno comprobarlo.
The service and attention have always been terrible. Nefarious treatment to the client, they do not inform well and they handle themselves with a halo of mystery about schedules and availability. The box office or ticket sales always treats you despotically and it is not the one from now on, it has been for years. I have been traveling from Zimapan to Mexico City since 1970 and the treatment continues to be terrible. It's even embarrassing and I'm not asking for the impossible. I'm not asking for miracles, just good treatment, information, respect, dignity and help. And more if there are people of the 3rd age they see them as beggars. Or when there are students asking for the law discount and they always say that there is no more ... since they do not let you check it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El baño no sirve!!! Si le preguntas a la chica que vende, a dónde puedes ir, básicamente te manda a la fregada ☹️ !!!!! No está muy limpio, la chica que vende es ligeramente grosera, el lugar es muy chico, no hay gel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una terminal de autobuses pequeña pero eficaz. Adentro cuenta con unas siete bancas para la sala de espera y una televisión. El personal de taquilla es amable. Hay baño publico pero es de cuota. También hay dos maquinas expendedoras. En la parte de afuera hay taxis casi todo el día.
It is a small but efficient bus terminal. Inside it has about seven benches for the waiting room and a television. The box office staff are friendly. There is a public bathroom but it is a fee. There are also two vending machines. Outside there are taxis almost all day.
